At Haiya Sheikh Atelier, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. Each item is made with care, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Please note: We do not offer refunds.

However, we do provide the following options to ensure your satisfaction:

Size Exchange

If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange for a different size, subject to availability. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.

Alterations

If your ordered size isn’t available for exchange, we can offer minor alterations to help achieve the right fit. Alterations are only applicable to unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.

Terms & Conditions:

• All exchanges/alterations must be requested within 3 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was received damaged or incorrect).

• Customized or made-to-measure orders are not eligible for exchange or alteration.
